This service offers a budget friendly personalized way to allow homeowners to stage their own home with professional guidance. 70% of homeowners decide to have the home professionally staged after a consultation, at which time the consultation fee is applied to the home staging cost.
Soft Staging & Re-design

With “Re-design”, we use the furniture that is currently in the home by rearranging, redistributing, and minimalizing. New artwork, bedding, and accessories are added to complement the home. This “soft staging” focuses on neutralizing the home and highlighting the home’s best features. Creating a neutral palette allows potential buyers to visualize their own ideas for the space. There is a concentration on minimalizing clutter and creating an open inviting atmosphere to appeal to the largest audience and bring higher offers.
Real Estate Full Stage / Empty Spaces

We offer this for empty homes or homes being sold unfurnished. This includes setting up bedrooms, living room, dining room and baths with furniture, artwork, beautifully made beds and décor.
